Community and collegiality are essential ingredients for a successful teaching and learning environment. Fifth grade teacher John Sucich recognized a need to build connections between new faculty members and veteran teachers, so he established a mentoring system to welcome colleagues to Belmont Day School. In this video, John speaks with Gayna Sealy, who was one of the new teachers involved in the program.
